Terms & Agreement
Commission Policy — Please Read Carefully
Deposit & Payment. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required to secure your slot and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to delivery. Delivery will be withheld until full payment is received.
All Sales Final. All sales are final. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of each piece, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Cancellation after work has begun forfeits the deposit entirely.
Revisions. One round of minor revisions is included before final delivery. Changes to the original scope may incur additional fees and adjusted timelines.
Reference Photos. By submitting a reference photo, you represent that you hold the legal right to use that image. Quill & Covenant assumes no liability for third-party copyright or privacy claims arising from client-submitted materials.
Artistic Rights. The Artist retains the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes. Clients who wish to request confidentiality may do so in writing prior to delivery.
Timeline. Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from deposit receipt. Timelines are estimates and subject to queue. Rush accommodations available at additional cost.
Privacy (California Residents — CCPA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of your data, and to opt out of any sale of your personal information.
